Baba Food Processing (India) Ltd. (BFPL) was incorporated on April 22, 2015, under the Companies Act, and has since evolved into one of the most advanced and trusted food processing companies in Eastern India.
At the heart of our operations lies a commitment to innovation and quality. We have established an ultra-modern, highly automated milling facility at Bandheya, Nagri, equipped with Bühler’s Swiss Technology — including the PesaMill for producing stoneless, high-fibre atta, and a Roller Flour Mill, with a combined installed capacity of 350 tons per day.
Our manufacturing excellence is complemented by a robust marketing network across Jharkhand and Odisha, under the trusted brand names "Panchakanya" and "Bhajan". Our products are known for their purity, nutritional value, and consistency.
Our manufacturing unit is based in Nagri, Ranchi, and we are actively pursuing expansion plans in Patna, Bihar, through our wholly owned subsidiary company. With an annual turnover exceeding ₹200 Crores and a dedicated workforce of 120+ employees, BFPL continues to grow with vision and values.
We have built a recognized and well-established customer base by consistently delivering high-quality flours and flour-based products. Our customer network spans across Eastern and North Eastern India — including Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, and Assam.

Beginning his journey with food grains trading, he soon expanded into manufacturing, marking a significant milestone with the establishment of a state-of-the-art, fully automated flour and atta milling facility.

Panchakanya Foods Pvt. Ltd. (PKF) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baba Food Processing (India) Ltd., incorporated under the Companies Act. The company is headquartered at Ratu Road, Ranchi,Jharkhand, and was founded with the vision to establish a cutting-edge, fully automated food processing unit.
At present, Panchakanya is focused on setting up an Ultra Modern, Highly Automated Roller Flour Mill and Chakki Whole Wheat Atta Mill with an impressive installed capacity of 360 tons per day. This unit is strategically located in the Sikanderpur Industrial Area, Bihta, Patna, Bihar, aligning with our group’s long-term expansion strategy.
Looking forward, Panchakanya aims to significantly expand its market footprint across Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha (including deeper rural zones), the North East region, and Andhra Pradesh. With strong backing from its parent company, PKF is poised to contribute significantly to the group's vision of delivering superior quality wheat-based products across India.
YKS Warehousing & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (YKS) is a group company incorporated under the Companies Act, with a focused vision to develop modern warehousing infrastructure and provide integrated logistics solutions across the Eastern region of India.
YKS is actively engaged in developing and operating warehousing facilities across key states including Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and West Bengal, supporting the region’s growing need for organized storage and efficient supply chain management.
Currently, YKS — in collaboration with its promoter — manages over 3,30,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space, which is leased to prominent clients such as ITC, Dabur, Pidilite, and JSBCL, among others. The company continues to expand its warehousing footprint and service portfolio to support regional trade, retail, and FMCG distribution.
